Ordered cold brew online and they said ready to go at 1:03pm. Did not actually serve my coffee after 1:30pm. They first said they ran out of cold brew then said they had more and just need to put it in the keg, then the keg didn’t work. It was a mess.
It’s Sunday at 6:15 pm I ordered a cold coffee and pink drink They said that they are not making more pink drinks or dragon fruit, they are cleaning WHAT????!! Ok I ordered a matcha and cold coffee And they took more than 20 minutes to give me my drinks and we had to ask for them. I really hate the service in this location at this time.
