If you order things in food delivery services and they’re out of the item. They won’t tell you in the app. I genuinely can’t think of another place that does this. Past experiences with other restaurants having this issue result in the restaurant letting me know through the app or by calling me. I don’t even think it’s a big deal to let either the driver know that they’re out of an item. The best Starbucks staff and service in Morgantown. They go over and beyond to make my drink exactly the way I like it. I go out of my way to visit this store. The staff works well together and it's wonderful seeing the same faces and names🤗☕️
I love Starbucks and the employees I just had an interaction with an employee named Trev. He was incredibly sweet and absolutely brightened my day!
