Friendly kids nice store
I normally stop by here for an Americano before my yoga class. I pre ordered my regular on the app. I walked in and no one was at the counter. The associate walked into the kiosk and looked at me. I said I had a mobile order. I had to repeat twice I had a mobile order. They walked to the register and pulled the ticket. Once I received my drink it was cold. Cold like milk. This place can not create an iced shaken espresso properly anymore. I have ordered this drink at this Starbucks and the surrounding ones for years. However, I have ordered this drink 5-6x over the last 2 months to see if it would improve while visiting other Starbucks and it has not. The remake policy is a joke and useless when you ordered prior to work and it’s not an excuse for consistent poor drinks.
