I'm one of *those people* who reserve five stars for truly outstanding considerations. I've been working here on my laptop all day every day this week. This location is five stars. Each barista is attentive, friendly, and personable while not being overbearing—they match the energy of vivacious regulars and taciturn stop-bys. Restrooms are clean. Seating is comfortable. Date that could've gone either way and the venue did me a massive favour. Food was a proper talking point, place had a lovely buzz without being too loud, server was warm and a bit cheeky. Date is now boyfriend. Restaurant deserves at least partial credit honestly. Going back this month for sure.
Please clean under the furniture throughout the cafe. Super dirty big noticeable trash everywhere especially under the bench and big furniture. Don’t move it but do sweep under. I volunteer if you need me to come do it!

I visited the Starbucks at La Paz and Crestina in Mission Viejo today, and I had the worst customer service experience. I’m not usually one to complain, but this was genuinely frustrating. I stood there just to get a simple cup of water, and I ended up waiting forever. The barista was busy flirting with the customer in front of me and completely ignored me.
