I visited the Starbucks at La Paz and Crestina in Mission Viejo today, and I had the worst customer service experience. I’m not usually one to complain, but this was genuinely frustrating. I stood there just to get a simple cup of water, and I ended up waiting forever. The barista was busy flirting with the customer in front of me and completely ignored me. My favorite shop, everything is great, the employees are super, their energy is great
I ordered a venti caramel macchiato and it was basically all milk with less then an inch of coffee it was extremely disappointing but my social anxiety is to much to complain in person , also the wait was more then 10 minutes when I mobile ordered it as I was driving to the store . Won't be coming back here
