I am here at the hospital with my son we have been here for five days. And the one lady with dark curly hair is extremely rude! From the time I walk in the greeting on her face is unwelcoming. It's great that there's a Starbucks in the hospital but this also means that it gets very busy with patients and hospital staff. It is on the smaller size so it can also get crowded. I suggest ordering in advance. The staff was quick and cordial and they efficiently prepared my order. Overall a positive experience.
