I ordered a medium hot chocolate. Tasted like nothing but warm milk and whipped cream!! Worst Starbucks ever!! Never go hete,they suck!!
While the layout is nice and there is plenty of seats both inside the Starbucks as well as outside. It seems they r flash than substance. I ordered an espresso drink from a lady who just looked angry to be here and because I was in my street clothes not my scrubs, was not as friendly to me as she was to the docs in front of me. I ordered a drink and sandwich and took 10 minutes and the eggs OK my sandwich were still ice and bacon undercooked. I will not be waisting anymore money on their food at least. I’m am sorry to write this but my family has an absolutely awful experience at this Starbucks. My family has been spending several sleepless nights at the hospital dealing with the slow passing of my grandmother. Needless to say it has been an emotional and physically exhausting experience. Today, we needed to at least get a bit to eat from days of barely staying together mentally. As we went down to treat my mom to a danish and some coffee. Terrible customer service. My daughter spent 24 days with her baby in the NICU after him having brain surgery. went to order coffee. There were 6 or 7 crew members standing and laughting. Not one of them said hello or bothered to pay attention to us. I said "are you open" and they said yes. after finally getting our drinks they were goofing around flipping the lights off and on and laughing I think in a hospital where people are already hurting and don't want to be there, the staff should have been more sensitive and kind
Atmosphere-4stars- located in the lobby of WVU Ruby Hospital. Beautiful location very spacious. Comfortable place to hang out if you have to be at the hospital for a period of time. Service- 4 stars- very busy location but runs very efficient. Line went fast with little wait for my order. Food- 4 stars- got the Iced Carmel Macchiato. Good as always!!
