I never leave reviews but this is worth mentioning and worth the read. Don't go here, one of the regulars (older man in his 60's-70's) was caught staring and secretively taking photos of me and another woman studying. Thankfully a kind employee noticed and stepped in. I made him look through his deleted images found photos of myself and the other young woman sitting next to me and made him permanently delete them, the employee then had him leave. The manager of this Mt. Washington location is openly racial profiling. I overheard her telling someone that hiring people from Baltimore city is "not conductive" to her store.
They have a long bench seat with small tables for more casual meetings, a couple long high tables to spread out a laptop, and outdoor tables. Power is pretty available to plug in or charge. Baristas are quick to notice you and say hello on your way in, and friendly with each other. This one seems like a nice place to work too.
I come here every morning after dropping my child off at school. The drinks are consistent and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I have been to other locations and prefer this one due to the excellent customer service!
This location plays the music blasting, and it’s way too loud. No one wants to hear screeching music at 7am. The baristas and people working can’t even hear their customers. Turn it down. It’s disruptive.
