I love starbucks but the worker here was by far one of the rudest i have encountered. from the start she had an attitude. No greeting just stared at us blankly. We ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and a caramel frappe add chai and blonde espresso. she put our drinks on the counter and didnt say a word. i asked if it was mine and she said "you got a frappe didnt you?" the frappe only had a tiny bit of caramel on top and not in the drink itself. we tried out drinks and they both tasted extremely bitter. my friend ... read more
Mr. Justin was amazing this morning even though he has a ton of people in line. He was kind and never seemed pressure when most people would. He handled 5 orders with multiple people ahead of us alone. But he still was able to do it in a timely manner.
Barista had terrible customer service and had her AirPods in her ears and was talking on the phone, clearly was half listening to my order because she didn’t give me everything I paid for
Got in line at 6:20, waiting ten minutes to get to the front. Was told they would be with me in just a few minutes. Few minutes later, still no order taken. Had to step to the restroom. Came back and got in the back of the line because I had stepped away and waited 5 more minutes. Person who was behind me when I stepped out of line was still waiting.
