Got in line at 6:20, waiting ten minutes to get to the front. Was told they would be with me in just a few minutes. Few minutes later, still no order taken. Had to step to the restroom. Came back and got in the back of the line because I had stepped away and waited 5 more minutes. Person who was behind me when I stepped out of line was still waiting. Extremely dirty, barista was rude, out of whip cream when you are inside a grocery store is crazy work
The slowest barista I have ever encountered! I waited 30 minutes for a regular drip coffee. I will never come back here again. I am disappointed.
Super slow service with only one person ever working and the other sitting in the back watching the one working
Environment was good - the area was clean We were offered samples while walking in, and we liked the sandwich with maple, and so we bought some and some drinks The female that gave us the samples was really nice and approachable Although the female taking our order was definitely not customer friendly in the sense of having a rude rest face and a non friendly tone It could've just been the one day that she was like that, but it definitely made us not want to order from her
