Me and my husband both got the protein Carmel matcha latte and it tasted like straight matcha powder and water only. I usually get this drink at other locations, but this one just didn’t do it right. Better off going somewhere else to get your drink order. It won’t taste the same.
This happened when I was 12 or 13 back in 2014-2015. I’m not a usual Starbucks consumer but I was thirsty and wanted a frappe. Instead of the barista which I believe was like 17-18 being nice and telling me they don’t have frappes or don’t sell them, she was very rude and told me they don’t have any. She treated me awfully and made me feel bad. Back then I didn’t have a phone to record otherwise I would have cause the way she spoke and her facial expressions was extremely unprofessional.
Service is a lot better now. Parking and drive through are a challenge at peak times.
