An employee was flat out rude as I was attempting to leave. She hit my carrying basket with a buggy. The issues that some people have need to be resolved. She bumped into me and was rude about it. What is management's email or number?
I've lived in many states and been to a lot of Starbucks....by far this is the slowest. Average wait (even for pre orders) is like 20 mins or more. God forbid it's rush hour. Staff turnover seems high. I think retraining is in order. Very frustrating. But at least the staff is nice.
Mishyalla was THE BEST, we love her so much!! 💖 her customer service is amazing!
1 of my favorite places to get a drink at! I love their refresher drinks! Very friendly staff Me, my folks, our relatives and our friends come here I highly recommend this place to anyone!
