I came on my lunch as I do often. I needed a pick me up. I ordered a latte, breve, vanilla. I got warm milk w/vanilla. No coffee!!! I struggled the the slide reader, the cashier was rude and less than helpful. I usually receive good service here, I know it was busy but this was ridiculous.
I don’t know how anyone can hear caramel Frappuccino and mistake that for caramel macchiato. Red head girl was clueless. Target employee she asked to help her give me a refund didn’t seem much more clued in. Not sure why it’s so hard to pull up the last transaction and give cash back. Sheesh..
Great staff here..helpful friendly and fast! I was surprised the breakfast options were very good! I love the hot tea options with honey..and they will recommend and help you pick out a drink if you are unfamiliar with the menu!
