7-2-26, 11a.m. Usually, I love Starbucks, but my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The employee working the counter was completely miserable—no greeting, no thank you, just a blunt "can I help you." It was obvious she didn't want to be there. To make it worse, my drink tasted completely off. I ordered the exact same thing less than 24 hours ago at O'Hare Airport, and this wasn't even close to it. Zero consistency and zero customer service. Do better, Starbucks. 🙁
Drinks are fine when they’re right, but order accuracy and speed are inconsistent.
How the hell does Starbucks run out of coffee? Three hours before close. When I finally got some - plain black coffee, nothing complex - it wasn't even hot.
