The tall black guy running the starbucks counter this morning needs a serious attitude check. I walked right out of there.
It's so rude it's funny. To "hi how are you" you get a cold/aggressive response "how can I help you?"
The dark skin guy David need to be fired ASAP he maybe was having a bad day today but I asked could I sit my belongings down and he started being very passive aggressive for no reason talking how he makes $20 an hour and he makes more money I was displeased with such behavior in this atmosphere.
I ordered the new Ube coconut macchiato. It was served fast and tasted ok. What was wrong was the low level of customer service. No eye contact, a lack of verbal skills, and Thomas acted like I was interfering with his telephone screen time. 😞 Experience.
