I come in here every third wednesday morning around 7:45am to get myself a drink and my dog a pup cup. This was one of thenmost disrespectful encounters I have ever had. The barista clearly was in a terrible mood to have talked to me the way he did. I was patient with him, but he did not offer me the same kindness. When he came up to take my order he just stared at me. Then proceeded to lie and say he asked me what I wanted the first time. If he utter anything, it was extremely low because he was mumbling like a grinch. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. First the barista didn’t want to make my girlfriends drink because she tried to say they were “out” when another employee corrected her. My matcha latte tasted like straight whole milk when I asked for oat. These drinks were disgusting. Staff was rude as can be. Never going back.
