This was one of thenmost disrespectful encounters I have ever had. The barista clearly was in a terrible mood to have talked to me the way he did. I was patient with him, but he did not offer me the same kindness. When he came up to take my order he just stared at me. Then proceeded to lie and say he asked me what I wanted the first time. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. First the barista didn’t want to make my girlfriends drink because she tried to say they were “out” when another employee corrected her. My matcha latte tasted like straight whole milk when I asked for oat. These drinks were disgusting. Staff was rude as can be. Never going back.

THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE, I have been a customer for years in all the countries I visit and I have never had such a bad experience as TODAY, thanks to FINIS, I have visited the place twice, and I thought it was a bad day, but without a doubt the second time was worse, if you do not have a vocation for customer service it is simply not your job.
