In the last few years I’ve noticed the service feels more “fast foody” and less like the experience the Starbucks company claims. Baristas aren’t very friendly or conversational. The baristas I speak with on the intercom usually say something along the lines of “will that be all” after I order every item. Sometimes they don’t even ask and they just give me my total even though I’m not done. The drinks I order at this location are subpar, especially compared to other locations I order at. fasrlt service, friendly staff
She didn’t call my name. When I did walk up to the counter to get my coffee, I said “thank you”. She looked at me and then turned around like I wasn’t even there. And then when I took my first sip of this “white chocolate mocha” it’s just lame. I’m sorry, man. But this is probably the worst Starbucks coffee I’ve had in a long time.
