This location closes at 9pm and I arrived at 7:19 to order a cafe misto so My father could get the bonus points on his app for ordering it 4 days in a row. The lady at the window said they have already cleaned and closed the coffee machine for the night and refused to make that drink. I ordered 2 drinks from the drive thru, arrived at the window and they handed me one and I paid. I did NOT tip this time, though i usually do, money is a little tight this week. A second barista came back with my second drink and I noticed that it wasn't light iced, it might have been my fault as I KNOW I said light ice on my first drink but might have not on the second, either way, I asked nicely if he could pour some of the ice out and as he returned I noticed immediately that the drink looked different; I shrugged it off ... read more
