I hate to give low ratings. Everytime we come here the drinks are awful.....it's like the machines are not cleaned, taste burnt. We always go to the other starbucks in cleveland. Taste is so much better! Sorry 🙁🙁🙁
This location is amazing! I was running super late for work and thought I put my coffee order and Lo and behold I did not! I put it in, when I pulled in the parking lot. When I walked in they were working on a HUGE coffee order and I said can I cancel? I don’t have time to wait. The barista said no worries I’ll make it right now! In less than 5 minutes the coffee was in my hand and I was walking out the door. Despite the huge order! They are always friendly attentive and polite! Best Starbucks in West Knoxville HANDS DOWN!!
Ordered a venti iced matcha, with oat milk, and vanilla sweet cream on top. My ordered was made wrong twice. I then asked for just a caramel macchiato, and still got another matcha made wrong. She told me they were out of the sweetener, then ended up having it. The girl at the drive through wasn’t really pleasant. I’ll just go to another Starbucks for now on
If you are a regular, they recognize you and are entering your personalized drink by the time you get to the register. Low turnover of staff which is always a good indicator. One of the better locations for a business meeting.
