Came in for a delivery, was never acknowledged, I was told to wait at the end. I was in there for 10min seeing others order and pickup. When I asked again, Jasmine, I think was her name, was kind enough to actually look into the order. Turns out the order was sitting there, just needed to be bagged up. Customer service and follow up can be better.

Note: Reviewers often confuse the Starbucks on the corner of S Vista Ave and W Cassia St., with this Starbucks located inside the Vista Albertsons and many of the bad reviews and photos here are actually meant for the Cassia St location, although I enjoy both locations. I thank you as I know they were wrapping up the day but they did get me a coffee which was really appreciated after a long flight into Boise.

Super Rude! How is the bathroom for paying customers & they contest whether your a customers. Purchased drink n food via drive thru came, asked at window about bathroom, parked, came in and was not granted access to keycode bathroom.
