Mon 5/18 8:08AM , opens at 6AM but apparently closed. Employee there saw me standing at register. Didn’t acknowledge me till after five minutes. Stated they were closed because other employee did not show up and she was not ready.

Very disappointed with the service during my visit this morning (Friday 1/30). Our mobile orders were inconsistent two went through, but the third showed “sold out,” even though we always order the same drink. When I ordered in person, my oat milk shaken espresso was made with 2% milk and came out much darker than the others. They had to redo my drink 3 times. I had a very unpleasant experience with a barista named Sabrina. From the moment I placed my order, she showed a visibly negative attitude, avoided basic courtesy, and stared at me in a very uncomfortable way. When my drink was ready, instead of calling my name or speaking politely, she beckoned at me with her finger and pointed toward the drink, which felt extremely rude and disrespectful.
