The Starbucks at Fairview and Cole is my go to and I always have great coffee and great service. Today however, I had a very unpleasant experience concerning the manager Angela and a barista Bailey. Bailey is always very friendly and efficient at her job, she really is a bright spot in my morning. This morning I watched her manager humiliate and belittle her until she reduced her to tears. I ordered a large coffee. The girl tell me it’s hot and hands it to me. As she hands it to me the cover comes off spills very hot coffee all over my hands leg and car. The girl hands me 5 napkins and tells me to have a nice day and closes the window. She didn’t offer a new coffee or anything just shut the window. I have blisters on my fingers and my white pants are completely ruined. I have to work all day with coffee stains on my pants and blisters on my fingers.Do better Starbucks a lot better. 😕
