Stop! this place is gonna make me cry. Such sweet ladies here. I was up till midnight the last few nights with my son in the emergency room and they just were so sweet and supportive and I can feel the extra love on my coffe before mt 10 hour shift. Ty <3
This is what this location considers "light ice." 3/4 of my cup is ice. Got less than 10 sips on the drink before it was out. Give customers what they pay for, not ice. I've grown tired of Starbucks cutting quality and finding ways to cheat customers.
Today I stood in the lobby for almost 10 minutes before anyone even talked to me at all but all the baristas had made eye contact with me and ignored me. The last time before this the barista was rude to me for asking her for help when I had waited for 5 minutes after everyone looking at me and ignored me. What am I supposed to do? Do I ask for help or do I stay silent because I seem to get ignored both ways.
