Was overcharged by Lauren and will be disputing as it was incorrect and I was not reimbursed for it after bringing it to the “barista” $9 for a grande??? Not a thing. Plus I asked for a Venti and she told me what I asked for.
Horrible experience with the barista here today. The drink was made wrong the first time and when I had told her she started mumbling under her breath obviously very annoyed. As she was making a new drink for us she started slamming the equipment as she was making the new drink. Horrible. Starbucks please train your employees better.
I ordered a drink, it was made wrong , no big deal. I told the girl who gave it to me, she grabbed it off of me ,and flicked th fruit out, and just put drink down very rude. Then, just slammed down other drink Never apologized. People, make mistakes, you just say sorry, How I can fix it ! I go to to Starbucks, alot. The prices are ridiculous, almost double that all the other Starbucks
