Came here for coffee. Barista seemed nice with a smile and asked what I wanted. I started speaking and then she turned around to talk to a coworker and when she turned back to me asked me to repeat my order. I politely did. Then tried to pay with the Starbucks app and I looked at her for her to tell me it went through and she told me they didn’t accept the Starbucks app pay. How’s that work?
I went into the Starbucks to get breakfast for my birthday and the cashier was extremely rude. Demanding I give her my order with an attitude instead of being courteous special y because I greeted her with a smile and excitement while Itold her it was my birthday. Me and my friend went to the Starbucks this morning. The girl at the register seem to have a very strong attitude. I had told her what I wanted and I DID say the size and then she Ridley asked me what size. It’s okay that she didn’t hear what I said but the way she asked me “what size do you want?” Was very rude and had a very big attitude. All horrible - workers are slow and could care less how long ppl wait - place was a mess - workers telling more than working - 4 ppl in the store and regular coffee took 15 min - seriously???
