I’m usually in this Starbucks at least once or twice a day every single day, and I’ve had the best Starbucks experience here. Every single staff member here is like the kindest person you could imagine and they’re really talented and fast when it comes to coffee making, and I’m in here so much they practically all know my name and my order and they still welcome me every time. Overly filled Americano all over myself, my car, and now my desk. Even the chick on the cup looks like she is crying.. I truly appreciate the extra coffee, really, I can use it. But next time could I maybe just have a bigger cup?
I'm not impressed. I just over heard the employees lie to a customer about what they put in her drink because the girl didn't want to remake it. What if that customer has an allergy or something? Also the customer service out of all the Starbucks I frequent every morning is awful. They ignore people and obviously lie to people. Do better.
