The coffee is always great, I tipped in cash this morning and didn’t get a thank you… I know tipping is customary, but it’s still nice to get a thank you (coming from someone who receives tips)
Unfriendly service and zero attention to detail. They refused to follow simple instructions and made it clear that customer requests are an inconvenience.
