very rude customer service. my boyfriend and I placed mobile orders and went inside to wait for them. I asked for the bathroom code and the worker rudely responded “are you a customer” in a very rude tone. I said yes, we placed 2 mobile orders. Keep in mind i’m wearing a nice dress I don’t look like I am just trying to use a bathroom and not purchase anything. Paryz was the most helpful angel!!! Will be back just for her even though they don’t have a drive thru I’ll walk for her!!
Paryz is a literal angel and she deserves a raise. She made me the yummiest matcha and I had a great chat with her! I will be coming back to this location just because she is a phenomenal barista
I witnessed the lady at the oven take the oven tongs and bang them off in the garbage can and then use them to reach into the oven to grab a sandwich that was done. There was no pause or hesitation, garbage can straight to open faced sandwich *touching* the sandwich directly. I will not be ordering food from here, thats for sure.
