Very poor customer service. I ordered inside, and the employee at the counter was extremely rude. We never have issues at other locations, so this was especially disappointing. When I mentioned that the order was incorrect, she rolled her eyes and said, “If you wanted me to make you another drink, you should’ve just said so.” The attitude and lack of professionalism were very disrespectful.
Bad customer service, matcha drink taste like milk and water. Waste of $8
