Daisy helped me on a Saturday while I was traveling out of town. It was my first orange cream chai and she warmed my banana bread!!!

I ordered Caramel Macchiato! It supposed to be made with regular milk! Other milks are optional they made my order without asking me with oat milk my coffee taste only oats!!!!
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed a simple order: two iced white mochas without whipped cream. I repeated my order twice to make sure it was clear. I also picked up a slice of cake. My total came to $16, and I handed the barista $20, telling her to keep the change.
