I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed a simple order: two iced white mochas without whipped cream. I repeated my order twice to make sure it was clear. I also picked up a slice of cake. My total came to $16, and I handed the barista $20, telling her to keep the change. 100% don’t recommend!!!!
The moment I stepped in, the worker didn’t bother greeting us and she gave me an attitude the whole time I was ordering, and also rolling her eyes at me as if she didn’t even want to work there. I saw her name and it said Liz, she has dyed hair and glasses but I just want it to be known that she is one of the rudest workers I’ve ever come across.
