wow, we go there everyday & the manager is horrible! will go to the Starbucks in Pavillions. Can you believe I was sitting waiting for a call from my Mom, as to what she wanted. The manager, with obviously no idea what customer service is says to me, Ryan, which is not my name; "WE invite you to purchase something right now, or, you have to leave" I'm 61, been in customer service my whole life; Tour guide & Travel agent in Hawaii for 7 years. Becky is the best manager in the area. Hopefully corporate hq can make better decisions to support the workers on the ground (looking at you Mr. "Commutes every day from Orange County to Seattle on a private jet" Chipotle Niccols)
