I cannot begin to describe the amazing customer service that Lakia provided, always greeting me with a beautiful smile, the store superb, the coffee to another level, this store it’s not just another Starbucks, it’s an experience waiting to happen, it’s as if the Disneyland and coffee had a baby.
Love live this location and crew!! Brooke, Nehe, Val, and David just make the experience a little extra. Thanks for always being so upbeat and remembering my name and my order, everytime! This location deserves to b recognized by corporate. I hope they’ll add this comment to each of ur personal files for when it’s promotion time! Great customer service that’s genuine is so rare to find these days. But when I do find it, u havvvve to acknowledge it. Well done Preston Forest Starbucks!! 5 stars!!
