Love live this location and crew!! Brooke, Nehe, Val, and David just make the experience a little extra. Thanks for always being so upbeat and remembering my name and my order, everytime! This location deserves to b recognized by corporate. I hope they’ll add this comment to each of ur personal files for when it’s promotion time! We resorted to going to this location (Preston/Forest) since it stayed open till 10:00. We tried to go to the Preston,/Royal only to be surprised that it closed at 7:00PM on a Saturday. The interior of the Preston/Forest location seemed cold and outdated; not a place you would want to linger! In addition, Starbuck's policy apparently allows the start of the closing routine to begin an hour before actual closing: having the floor around you being mopped just doesn't add to the overall ambiance.
