Normally wouldn't take the time but it's important that you know for this particular SB that there is one young lady there who treats the clients like she is doing them a favour. She has a brown hair and has a Very belittling way of talking and looking at people with disgust. First time to happen in any other establishment of this brand. I love the convenience and quality. There is just one bad employee who is short tempered and blames the customer for her mistakes.
To the young girl that was working December 10 at 6:45am you need to be fired. I READ MY ORDER out loud to her and she got it wrong. Okay, fine. I tell her it’s wrong and she got an attitude with my husband saying we were in the wrong. We told her the correct order and she got it wrong again. When we corrected her for a second time she said we would need to pay the difference. We told her to check the receipt and she realized she was wrong. No apology. Just awful service.
Cashier reached over and tried to hit the tip button so it was the biggest amount. Refused to give me my receipt.
