What an awful experience. I had placed an online order, just to have to wait 20 minutes in store, to find out they didn't have my food. Not only did they not have my food, they also charged me for what I didn't get! I tried calling starbucks there at kroger to be told they have no refund authority. I then was asked to call the managers, who quickly forwarded me to someone else to tell me I have to PHYSICALLY come back to the store to recieve a refund on the $20 of food I ordered. Wow! the girl at starbucks made the best frap ive ever had and no one else makes it the way she does, ive moved and im so sad
It is inside Kroger grocery store so I mean you can get anything there you want. There is also another Starbucks across the street.
