My drinks are, more often than not, made incorrectly at this location. I typically come on a Thursday or a Saturday morning. For the past several months, on Thursday mornings, I can confidently bet on it that my drink will not be right. I always order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it comes out more like an iced coffee with syrup. I just want to say that the customer service at this location truly deserves to be recognized! We live in Terrell but work near this location. I ordered my usual coffee at the Starbucks by our house, but unfortunately didn’t get to try it until we were already on the highway heading toward Dallas. When I finally did, it had absolutely no flavor. I’m a pretty frequent Starbucks customer, and I’m not someone who normally complains or sends things back.
