I frequent this Starbucks and have always had great drinks, food, and service, but my last two visits really stood out. A few days ago, I accidentally dropped my debit card while trying to insert it into the chip reader. Of course, it landed in the one spot I couldn’t reach. Issue: Charged double, and manager Roux argued with me that the only way for a refund is to drive over an hour for a refund. I spoke with Roux on the phone concerning my issue. once Roux said “we can go back and forth all day about this”, I knew I was wasting my time. I live close to this one so I’m frequently here. The level of service I received today was disappointing. When I expressed my drink didn’t have enough puree she rudely snatched cup and while making a new drink slammed everything from fridge door to blender foam everything and didn’t blend it properly so there are flecks in it instead of smooth. I get having a bad day but why behave so unprofessionally? And other employees were talking with her encouraging her behavior. Sad.
