I live near this location and always come. Placed an order through the Mobile app today ~ 1:38 p.m. (1 coffee 1 croissant) coffee came out ~ 1:50 p.m. but not the croissant. Place wasn’t busy and I saw how other ppl got their orders before me so I approached the register. A guy with “Sway” written on his name tag immediately rolled his eyes and me. I told him what happened while l looked for the receipt. He gave me the croissant and you could tell he was super annoyed by it.
Great place to eat
Stopped in at 650 on Tues Aug 26 and they were closed but the door was open. We asked if we could just look at their cups and they said we couldn't come in. So I said ok can you show us the cups in the drive thru and they laughed and said there are like 25 different cups so no. Very rude looser women that was apparently in charge.
Only giving a 1 star bc the team member I spoke to on the phone was so polite if I could give zero I would. The guy working the drive through on 8/27 at 10:09 am was quite literally the worst counter service employee I have ever encountered. My drink came out the window and I immediately was like I don’t think this is the right drink it’s usually cold brew on the bottom and cold foam on the top (the entire drink was light brown/white) he then said you can try it to see if you like it. I stopped going to this location because of the blinding spotlight they have shining in your eyes in the morning drive thru, and then you have to drive thru seeing spots in your vision from it.
