Great customer service. On every occasion.
Gretchen and her team are fantastic. They are attentive, kind, thoughtful and welcoming. This facilitates a great energy and fun atmosphere, exactly what every Starbucks should aspire to be like! It feels like a special neighborhood spot, versus part of a giant coffee chain.
Is bringing a big dog into an eating establishment something we do now? And something we accept? I was in this Starbucks and a woman brought a huge dog in and it barked extremely loudly upon entering. She took him out for a minute, then brought him back and he lounged on the floor in the middle of the store. I’ve been out of the country for several years so I have to wonder, when did this become acceptable? Never mind the hygienic aspect, what about people with allergies? Pretty sickening.
