Lounge area is a little loud at times, but I understand why it would be, this is a very busy location! I am always happy with the service I receive here the baristas always greet me with a smile and my drink always comes out great, especially when I see a barista in a black apron is working! Recently I came in while the card reader was down and a barista offered to purchase my drink for me, a very kind gesture that I will not forget! I definitely plan to continue coming here for the remainder of my college experience!
Possibly the rudest and most pretentious staff you could’ve hired. Everyone has a “better than you” attitude and can’t even make your coffee right. Been there a handful of times and my order never tastes how it should, despite ordering the same exact way every time. My coffee this time had no syrup, cold foam or vanilla powder and they had attitude when I came back to get it fixed. Coming here isn’t worth the hassle unless you’re desperate and on foot. Convenient for students though!

i’m aware that during the fall season, pumpkin syrup and anything pumpkin is very popular. However, not everyone likes this. I ordered a Venti Iced Chai Latte with whole milk and three extra pumps of chai. The first time it was made fully a pumpkin chai with the cold foam.
