Management is clueless about customer service. After adding 3 shots of esspresso (making a 13+dollar drink) somehow they CANT put it in a trenta cup. What a joke obviously this Management thinks starbucks is going broke or management needs to be retrained in customer service. Truly a poor example for their brand.
