Impolite manager
It's been decades since I had an old-fashioned "Starbucks Experience" and I had one at this location. I am a 35 year veteran of the food service industry and have owned two of my own coffee shops during my career. I really appreciate meeting industry people who love what they do and that's what happened here. Went on April 24 at 630pm and the lobby was closed with employees sitting at tables telling me to go through the drive thru.
I work at two stores in this Starbucks and really this day I couldn’t make a purchase in the application and I walked I touched the window and the one who was taking the order didn’t want to sell me because I walked to the window and the store already had the doors closed so I really don’t recommend you visit this place the lady was very heavy this day and I think that because she was Hispanic she behaved like that
