I had an issue with my order, but Carlos and Justin handled it perfectly! They were both incredibly kind, professional, and understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. I really appreciated how quickly and smoothly they resolved the issue, and they made what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one. Great customer service from both of them! thank you, Carlos and Justin!
Normally service is good! However, this morning - Thursday 9/3 4 people working all talking and not providing customer service. The person who worked the cash register tone was down right rude. When they provided / serve me my sandwich normally they thank you have a great day- today nothing just “here is your sandwich!” No smile, and back to employee conversation! This is the new Starbucks protocol? Extremely disappointed in the behavior and customer service today! I hope this will not become the norm for this store!
This is a good place to get some work done. Warm and comfortable.
