Never had a problem with Starbucks but this was very unacceptable! They pretty much gave me melted drinks
Jacob, Val, Dom customer service was EMMACULATE!! Soon as I walked in I was undecided on a cold or hot coffee. Dom (manager) stated “ get a cold coffee, it’s going to be hot”! The staff at The Fairmont Starbucks are SO ENGAGING AND FEEL LIKE HOME!!!
