It is a typical sit-in Starbucks cafe. The folks that work there are what makes the difference. I really appreciate their friendliness and their service.
Employees aren’t trained properly. It took three tries just for a cannonball. Employees should know their own recipes
I have never in my life seen orders processed so slowly not even when there was only one person ahead of me. There simply weren't enough people there to justify me waiting 25 minutes for a coffee that usually takes them 10 to make. I never actually got to taste the drink, because after waiting 25 minutes, it turned out they hadn't even started preparing my coffee yet. I just wasted my time.
