I order a certain drink here and I wanted it a certain way. The guy was being smart me as if i didn’t know what I wanted or how it’s made. He still made it wrong so i went inside and asked for them to make it the way i wanted it. I’ve order this drink numerous times and ive never had an issue till now. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a much better atmosphere than other Starbucks shops where you can overhear baristas gossiping about customers or commenting on their drink orders. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect, which makes the experience feel genuinely inviting. The interior is also beautiful. The recent redesign looks fantastic.
My husband and I stopped here before heading back home, and we had a great experience. Sky was the sweet lady at the drive-thru window who took our order. She was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Our drinks came out quickly and were made perfectly. I also tried the viral Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with 2 pumps of banana syrup, and it was a 10/10! Absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be ordering it again. Great customer service and great drinks. We’ll definitely be back!
