The drink had no flavor, deborah was rude the whole interaction, I asked for a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and she made me pay for the whipped cream, the 4 pumps of syrup and the change of milk. I understand the upcharges but when the drinks taste like nothing it’s completely unfair to pay for those.

Not enough caffeine in my decaf coffee. I can't feel anything.
Drink was very bland,i got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew but they gave it to me with out the cold foam😒 ,the older lady did not want to make drinks or was in bad mood, also rude with other starbucks employee,will not be going back..
