Came in this morning to get a vanilla latte and the older lady “Deborah” stated she couldn’t make the coffee due to her not cleaning the latte machine? Mind you she charge my card and couldn’t have told me before hand. She also told 6 people that were standing on the line that she couldn’t make any hot drinks and everyone walked away it seemed like a joke!
If I could give a 0/5 I would. The older lady takkng orders straight up ignores guests ready to order even though there are 2 other workers always standing there. No manager ever around watching them ignore customers, if they worked at an actual starbucks location by itself, they would all have been fired already for terrible service. Just because this location is in a target doesn’t mean they have the right to treat customers differently. Terrible terrible terrible!!!! Never coming back.
The drink had no flavor, deborah was rude the whole interaction, I asked for a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and she made me pay for the whipped cream, the 4 pumps of syrup and the change of milk. I understand the upcharges but when the drinks taste like nothing it’s completely unfair to pay for those.
