The staff is always so sweet!
Always get my order wrong and it's simple, always miss the caramel drizzle (which you guys charge extra for it) and when my bf asked for it...the older lady (blonde) replied I'm only one person basically screaming. Well make sure it's right before you put it in the counter. If you don't like your job then quit but there's no need to treat your customers bad. I did my order with the app to save time for my break, but the girls ignored my order and I waited more than half an hour even when the app notified me that my order was ready to pick up, they made a mistake with a drink, I told them but they didn’t care they just gave it to me and told me sorry. I messed up my break time waiting…
