i work at a corporate starbucks and it always amazes me how much this licensed location gets away with. the manager of this location was on warming and not only did he give me the wrong bagel, he didn't slice it in half before warming so it was cold inside. i really think starbucks or sbu eats (whoever is in control here) needs to do an overhaul of this staff. they are rude and oftentimes make drinks incorrectly
Service is horrible you stand there for ten minutes nobody says I’ll be with you shortly I ordered a small coffee they charged me for a medium.
