I did my order with the app to save time for my break, but the girls ignored my order and I waited more than half an hour even when the app notified me that my order was ready to pick up, they made a mistake with a drink, I told them but they didn’t care they just gave it to me and told me sorry. I messed up my break time waiting…
Excellent service❗️The team was so kind and attentive my drink was perfect, and the atmosphere was great as always.
Didn’t want to write a review so contacted the customer service directly (they always give a cookie cutter response when someone complains…see other reviews below). After the initial generic response by “ Roberto G. Starbucks Customer Care” no one follows up. It’s a nice way to stay face on google - “of course we care about customers and contact us using the link/email” but then after you contact them - no response.
