Asked for an iced pistachio latte with an extra shot and oatmilk. I was advised that pistachio wasn’t available so I asked for chai syrup instead and ended up with an iced chai with a single shot. I didn’t realize it until I’d gotten to work and when I called the store to ask for a refund because I don’t want to pay almost $8 for milk and syrup and a single shot I was told that I would need to come back to store for a refund. Even though I’m a paying customer they won’t let me use their restroom!
The service is here is the worse.. young girls and whole crew at hr I went was so bad I was disappointed after how much u spend to b talked to wrong and laughs and blah around the corner cause of they mistake..I wondered cause of area did they spit in my drinks
I think of this Starbucks as the secret little gem in Dallas. There is rarely a line, if there is, it moves quick, and I have always gotten quick, fast, and friendly service. I would recommend the detour to visit this location whenever in the area!
