Fast friendly service, good location, quiet atmosphere
Guy threw the machine at me and yelled “ugh sir there’s a button you need to hit”. get that dirty thing out my face…. Do better yall missed earnings at that today.
It's a Starbucks the people are always nice and friendly.
The AC was too cold, the store music was too loud and the barista argued with me about the free refill policy that she doesn't understand very well. The barista didn't even apologize when I showed her that the free refill can be any drink regardless of the original purchase (from the SB website). Starbucks, if you want your customers to stay loyal, you need to train your staff better.
