2nd time in a row I put in an online order and its over 10 minutes late. I actually have to leave and go back to work without getting my order
I was ordering my drink and asked what sugar-free protein cold foam options were available. Instead of answering, the employee gave me an annoyed look and said, “It’s cold foam, they all have sugar.” I then asked what protein cold foam options they have, and she responded, “I’m not going to list all of them, maybe try brown sugar.” I understand that everyone has off days, but interactions like this are disappointing. I just paid $6.31 for a cup of ice that was supposed to be the butterfly energy refresher drink. If a customer requests “light ice” your baristas need to honor that. I’ll never get another iced beverage from this location.
