I have only been to this starbucks two times. First time a gentleman named Patrick was there by himself and he was such a pleasure. Second time a white lady was there, I didn't catch her name, she was not the greatest at all. I added 2 things to my drink and asked to replace milk with heavy cream. When I did she looked like I was a bit insane for asking and like it was the end of the world.
