I went through the drive through to pick up an online order. The lady who was working the drive through was extremely rude and had an attitude with me about picking up my order when they had not started it yet. I was in no hurry and didn't mind waiting but her attitude was unacceptable. She told me to come to the window and when I pulled my car up she was talking about me like I was an annoying inconvenience for simply picking my order.
