I had a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks drive thru. The employee working the window was extremely rude and disrespectful. She handed our food to us in a very rude manner and immediately closed the window. We said “good morning,” “hello,” and “thank you,” but she did not respond or acknowledge us at all.
