Starbucks has never been a problem except for today. I ordered a tall strawberry frappe chino with caramel syrup and I got no caramel and a short one, plus a lady came up to me and screamed at me because i thought it could have no ice but she yelled and said that it isnt possible so i just got it with ice but honestly im not very pleased.
I don’t know why every time I get an ice latte from here it tastes like straight water with a slight taste of burnt espresso. Waste of money and gross.
Very upset the way the staff treated me the past 2 times I been to this location. Very rude very disrespectful don’t know who the manager is but the staff needs to be retrained on how to treat customers will not be returning to this location
