I love Starbucks but this particular store is horrible. They were cleaning up the restuarant like an hour and a half early so there was no place to sit. They were so anxious to leave right when the store closed they were mopping all around my family's feet. It was weird! All three employees seemed miserable...this is the only Starbucks I've seen run like this. The manager Ann was exactly the same! Avoid!
I’ve never been to this Starbucks before, let alone any Starbucks, but when I got there, they already got a bad rep in my eyes considering they closed the store an hour before closing time. I understand the closing shift has chores to do, but I also don’t think it’s fair to have us look crazy trying to get in the store for 1 drink an entire hour before closing.
First of all let’s start with I am not a person to complain or leave a bad review unless it’s truly warranted. The Starbucks in East Greenwich, in my opinion has always been the worst one I’ve ever been to as far as the employees and their professionalism. Every time I’ve ever went there the employees are young (which is of course fine) but they were also very immature, as I’m cashing out they’re legitimately telling each other how immature they are to each other, and they definitely do not make their drinks the way the rest... read more
