I used the moble app to order and my order was incorrect….. when i returned to try to get the order corrected, I was totally ignored! Last time I patronize the garbage company!
The customer service was slow and poor. Coffee taste like water and I had to keep asking for my pastry. They cashier told me she couldn't take cash because her only cash box person was on break at 8:30 am in the morning. She didn't ask what size coffee and charge me a larger without confirming. Please hire more adults.
My aunts and I went and I asked for a summer skies and waited for a long time, then the drink comes out and its not the drink i ordered at all. I let them know and only then was when they told me they didnt have the summer skies drink .. why didnt they tell me when i was ordering or even before they made me a completely different drink. Horrible service! Ordered a simple pickup order an hour before boarding and it still wasn’t ready after saying it would take 40 minutes. Told them my flight was boarding and asked if they could check on my order, and he told me to call customer service to cancel and get a refund. The worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
This is more a complaint about Starbucks as a whole rather than this specific location, though this one is pretty uniquely bad. But it is truly egregious how they can sell a tiny drink for $8 and it's literally 90% ice. Like you get three sips of actual liquid, maximum. I don't want a cup full of ice, lmfao. Also, they had no thick straws so the boba wasn't even possible to get at. Ugh!
