Starbucks should do a better job with how they speak to their customers at this location. I am fully aware that they utilize access codes for the restroom, so I write down those access codes in my notepad to avoid having to ask each time I visit. Today the code didn’t work and I went to the cashier to ask and she told me “the code changes every day, did you even purchase anything”. Today makes my third time visiting this Location the very first time I visit I ordered a mocha cookie crumble grande with caramel. It was great. The second time I visit I ordered a caramel macchiato the coffee tasted scorched With no hint of caramel, I also paid for caramel crunch on top and extra cold foam. It did not taste good at all.
