I don’t usually leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but I feel I need to stand up for what’s right. I returned to the drive-thru and was told by Nydia that I was trespassing, even though I’ve done nothing wrong. I honestly don’t even feel like going back anymore. What’s worse, this place is right next to my house, so that convenience is gone from my favorite spot.

I would like to bring an ongoing concern to management’s attention regarding an employee named Niyada. Unfortunately, my interactions with her have consistently been unpleasant. Her attitude often comes across as rude, dismissive, arrogant, and unwelcoming. Rather than making customers feel valued and respected, her demeanor creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that makes me hesitant to visit this location.
