I used to love going to this Starbucks however the morning employees refuse to put the order in the system while taking your order and just try and create the order by just what your telling them and if you have multiple orders they get everything WRONG. Please talk to your employees and have them type in the order while taking them, they think that by not putting it in the system it’s going to be a faster service however that is not the case it backs up the line by having them wait at the drive thru window! This the only starbucks that be asking you for a tip on the drivethru. Im here everyday. U should not be expecting a tip and asking at that. Do better.
