ordered online and yet they took too long to make my order. there was literally no cars in drive thru. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino and it didn’t look like the photo in the app, it was white instead of a brownish color. I’ve never had this problem. The girl in the window was also rude after we complained about it.
Terrible customer service. The purpose of ordering online is to go in and go out. Order was placed 30mins ahead. Arrived to pick up order and it was not ready. Went to the counter and asked about it multiple times. I was told it wasn’t ready! Yet people that would get there and place the order their on the counter their order will come out first
Hello, I'm giving my 2 cents on the service received today at 5:47 pm at the Bachman Lake location. Reg #4 23731 was not warm and fuzzy. I asked for a Venti Dragonfruit Mango w/Lemonade Energy drink. And extra energy, she said "no"! But I'm sorry they won't let me. Nothing with some kindness or "great" customer service. My question to her was, why isn't it consistent throughout the company?
