Normally I just let things slide, but man this lady was such a mood killer man. I just went to this Starbucks to use my birthday rewards. Not knowing I had to still pay. I had no idea Starbucks had changed the reward system, but also I had no idea this Starbucks didn’t use the app as a way to pay. If I had my card with me I would’ve gladly payed, but I didn’t.
