Ordered a expreso horchata, I complained about the amount of ice in my beverage, it was filled to the top and the drink was mostly ice. Instead of being concerned about my experience they justified the recipe. Poor service.
Staff was just rude, rough handling my card when I paid no receipt was given AND they didn’t get my order right the first time and they shoved my coffee in to my hand. NO respect or good customer service.
I was a walk-in through dinning room 8:25am - 8:40am on 4/26/26. I only order a oatmeal. It was multiple employees standing at the front who could of fix my oatmeal but instead made me wait. I felt like it was racism because am black!!!!!!
I stopped by this Starbucks because I was already in the area, but the experience was honestly uncomfortable and disappointing. The line was long, and because I did not know exactly what I wanted yet, I stepped out and went to the back of the line so I would not hold anyone up.
