I was a walk-in through dinning room 8:25am - 8:40am on 4/26/26. I only order a oatmeal. It was multiple employees standing at the front who could of fix my oatmeal but instead made me wait. I felt like it was racism because am black!!!!!!
I stopped by this Starbucks because I was already in the area, but the experience was honestly uncomfortable and disappointing. The line was long, and because I did not know exactly what I wanted yet, I stepped out and went to the back of the line so I would not hold anyone up. I bought a wrap, and the way this wrap was given to me I don’t want to eat it because the presentation was so bad
I have never been to a bad Starbucks, but this one was awful. The guy at the window was extremely rude and my bf’s food order was cold.
