August 7th - visit around 10:20 am I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but after today’s experience, I’m questioning why I keep coming back. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 11–14 minutes. I waited patiently in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes, only to be told—without a hint of courtesy—that my order “wasn’t ready” and that I could either *go back around* through the long line or come inside.
