This location definitely needs a thorough customer service training. The customer service here is horrible. I came through the drive through 7/14/2025 at 1:26pm, stated my order and wasn't even asked for my name. When I pulled up to the pick up window, i was handed my cup of coffee without a name or customized message written. It definetly lacked the personal touch of the Starbuck's experience. I’ve gone to this Starbucks plenty of times. I am very friendly and the other baristas are very friendly except for the barista Erin. Every interaction with her is cold and unwelcoming. There was an issue where she refused to give us a refill for our drink even though policy says otherwise and multiple managers IN THAT LOCATION said it’s in their policy.
