Got 2 coffee drinks with my daughter and the lady serving the drinks stacked them on top of each other and the chocolate one fell off & splattered all over my daughter! Hair, shirt, shorts and even her shoes! My daughter was so upset. She didn't even say sorry or anything! I was so flustered and asked for water and napkins to help with stains. I hope you guys did not work hard on your hot chocolate. Cause it was watery Chocolate,and it sure was not hot.
Ordered then waited 20 minutes for my drink then was told that I couldn’t order it the lady pushed the blame on to a guy who then complained he hadn’t had a day off in a week then proceeded to aggressively hand me my refund
