All other store starbucks have samples out. I appreciate these bc I have sampled many drinks I like and then will buy. Not this Starbucks. The employees just stand around talking and never give out samples. Bc of that I refuse to buy from here even thou Im always at this target. Chilling when you have time is totally fine but pls put out samples before doing so. It really does draw customers in and we enjoy trying before buying
Had worst service ever the lat time drinks where perfectly. However yesterday terrible my daughter spent 35.00 on our order around 3pm .for myself I ordered a tall mocha Frappuccino with coconut milk whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top. They gave me Carmel drizzle, I told them it was supposed to be chocolate not Carmel they just added a sqirt of chocolate on top of the Carmel. I was very upset what if I was allergic to Carmel.
