I typically give a lot of grace for employees during the morning rush, but this morning was unacceptable. My mobile order was unknowingly made and placed in the drive thru queue whereas I was waiting in store. I waited and was unable to grab the attention of the five employees until the remaining in store patrons were served. I often come later in the day and the baristas (specifically Jackie, Jillian, Priscilla, and Edna) are always so kind and welcoming which makes a fantastic experience every time I go in!
Ordered on the app. Drinks were ready when we arrived and were of good quality. Love that convenience.
