2/15/2026 I stopped in to Starbucks today inside of the Albertsons on Alicia Parkway in Mission Viejo. It was raining and I felt so bad for the young lady and her mom selling girl scout cookies outside and bought a box prior to being welcomed by Patricia at Starbucks who is simply amazing. Patricia is kind, bubbly, professional and just an overall wonderful person who seems full of joy. Nastiest coffee I have ever tried. And poor service.
Worst Starbucks coffee I've ever seen and tasted in my life. Also, up there with the worst milk based coffee drinks I've ever had. Ordered a cappuccino the lady just shoveled 6 spoons of gross froth on top. Yuck.
